• What cryptocurrencies can I use to invest with TDX?

  You can invest using USDT, USDC.

• What happens if my wallet transfer doesn’t clear before the token sale ends?

  If your transfer doesn’t arrive before the sale deadline, we cannot guarantee your allocation. Token allocations are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• How is the conversion price determined?

  The estimated price is displayed on the Deals board. Depositing crypto into your TDX wallet immediately after viewing this should result in a conversion rate close to the estimated price.

• When will I know if I received the tokens?

  Allocations will be calculated and announced shortly after the registration period concludes.

• How do I complete the KYC process on TDX?

  1. Click on the ‘KYC’ button found within your user profile.
  2. Follow the KYC process, which includes face matching and ID document verification.
  3. After submission, our team of specialized operators will verify your documents in any language. If no further documents are required, you will receive an approval email and your status will be updated to a verified user.

• How soon will the funds appear in my TDX wallet?
