KOL Manager

Role Description: KOL Manager
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Kanpur with flexibility for some remote work. The KOL Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry, managing influencer marketing campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies. The KOL Manager will also track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and manage their day-to-day work arrangements and communication to build sustainable work relationships.
- Consistently pitch suitable events, projects, or campaigns for our participation to contribute to Brand Development, Brand Building, and Content Marketing.
- Collaborate with various internal and external cooperation partners to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly and achieve ROI.
- Build positive relationships with journalists and professionals in the media and entertainment industry, such as KOL bookers, publicists, photo agencies, etc.
- Develop relevant marketing strategies to build a sustainable KOL image.
- Organize, negotiate, and manage contracts with external parties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing KOLs.
- Proven track record of pitching relevant projects for KOLs.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating proactive media and marketing strategies.
- Strong sense of developing news stories from scratch and responding to reactive media opportunities.
- Demonstrable experience working strategically and identifying opportunities for KOLs to support organization-wide marketing strategies.
- Experience in planning and managing marketing events.
- Proficient in using social media channels as part of KOL engagement and PR campaigns.
- Effective budget management including forecasting, setting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Prior regional marketing exposure is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English.

Investor Relations Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investor Onboarding: Connect with Venture Funds (VC), Family Offices (FO), High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Angel investors and other strategic relevant parties in the blockchain industry to build and maintain relationships.
- Maintain Investor Database: Ensure the investor database is accurate and up-to-date by inputting and updating information, tracking communication history, and maintaining data integrity.
- Assist in Investor Communication: Prepare and distribute investor updates, newsletters, and other communications. Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders and respond to inquiries timely.
- Fundraising for Portfolio Companies: Assist the IR team in fundraising campaigns, set up Demo Days, invite investors, and manage operations.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform research and analysis on the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and investment opportunities. Identify potential investors and partners for our portfolio companies.
- Coordinate Investor Meetings: Organize investor meetings and events, coordinate logistics, prepare presentation materials, and ensure smooth execution.
- Deal Sourcing: Create channels to bring in deals for TDeFi and its sister companies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry with a solid understanding of fundamental concepts.
- Proficient communication with the ability to interact effectively with high-level professionals, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
- Proficient in using Airtable, Google Spreadsheets, and various CRM tools; familiarity with designing platforms such as Figma and Canva is a plus.
