Investor Lifecycle Management

TDX offers a user-friendly platform where you can earn points through various activities, monitor your standing on the leaderboard, gain insights into your performance, and hold your points.

This guide will cover your profile page where you can find detailed information about your points, tier status, and project participation.

Navigation

Step 1: Click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Select Profile from the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Locate the leaderboard section.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard on the Profile page has the following columns:

Note: Leaderboards are separate for the users in different tiers.

My Stats

The My Stats section of the Profile page tracks the user’s progress. The graphs show the user’s points over time distinguished by the points’ source. 

My Points

The My Points section on the Profile page shows all details of the points earned by the user along with a progress bar that shows how many more points are required to move to the upper tier.

This section shows all the points you’ve earned, where you’ve earned them, and all your penalties. Each of these sections can be seen in a detailed version by simply clicking on them. 

Details

In the Details section, you can see all your details, like your registered email and name. Underneath these details, you can see your current tier from the 5 tiers.

Calculator

The How to earn points? section helps the users calculate and find out how they can earn points.

They have the following options:

1. Social Boost: The calculator shows you how by completing social tasks you can earn specific points.

2. Project Participation: The calculator shows how many points you can earn from participating in a new sale. 

3. Holding Pattern: Allows you to calculate the amount of points you will earn after saving your points for a certain amount of time.
